About Armonix Solutions

A technology firm built around what usually goes wrong.

Founded in 2024 in Delhi NCR. Nine practices, one delivery team, and a deliberate refusal to treat adoption as somebody else's workstream.

Who we are

Built around the reason transformations actually fail.

Armonix Solutions was founded in 2024 by people who had spent years inside large technology programmes and kept watching the same thing happen. The architecture was sound. The engineering was competent. The platform still ended up underused, over budget, and quietly replaced two years later.

The failure was almost never technical. It was the operating model nobody redesigned, the training that arrived after go-live, the team already at capacity before the new system landed, and the incentives still rewarding the old process.

So we built a firm where those are not separate engagements handled by a different vendor. The architect, the engineers, the security reviewer and the change lead sit in the same programme with the same delivery date. Today that spans nine practices — from cloud modernisation and data platforms through to managed operations — and the change workstream is still on every single one of them.

A platform nobody adopts is the most expensive thing an enterprise can build. Everything about how we deliver is arranged to stop that from happening.

Engineering and change, in one delivery team

How we operate

Four commitments we are willing to be held to.

Not aspirations on a wall. Each of these shows up as something concrete in how an engagement is run, and you can call us on it when it does not.

01

Say the hard thing early

A schedule that will not hold is worth flagging in week two, not month six. We would rather have an uncomfortable conversation than an expensive surprise.

02

Leave it inspectable

Documented decisions, readable code, infrastructure in a repository. Our work should make sense to whoever inherits it - including your own team.

03

Measure or drop it

Every workstream carries a metric agreed up front. If we cannot measure the improvement, we question whether the work belongs in the plan at all.

04

People are part of the system

Adoption, capability and workload are engineering constraints, not soft concerns. We design for them because ignoring them is what breaks programmes.

How we deliver

Who turns up, and how the work stays governed.

A pod is a standing cross-functional team, not a pool of interchangeable resources. This is the shape of a typical one and the cadence it runs to.

Anatomy of a delivery pod

  • Engagement lead

Owns delivery, commercials and escalation. One name, whole engagement.

  • Solution architect

Owns the technical decisions and the record of why they were made.

  • Engineers (3 – 6)

Build and operate. Each owns their pipeline, tests and production alerts.

  • QA automation

Embedded from sprint one. Coverage is a delivery gate, not a report.

  • Change lead

Adoption, training and communication in parallel with the build.

  • Security reviewer

Threat models the design and reviews every release before it ships.

Governance cadence

  • DailyPod standup — blockers surfaced within 24 hours, never held to a weekly report.
  • FortnightlySprint demo on the real system. No slideware substitutes for working software.
  • MonthlySteering review with metrics, burn, risks and the decisions we need from you.
  • QuarterlyRoadmap re-plan against what we have actually learned since the last one.

The engineering baseline — non-negotiable on every engagement

  • Trunk-based development with peer-reviewed pull requests
  • Automated unit, integration and end-to-end test suites
  • Infrastructure defined as code — environments rebuild from the repository
  • Static analysis and dependency scanning on every commit
  • Architecture decision records committed alongside the code
  • Observability, alerting and runbooks before production traffic

If a deadline puts pressure on this list, we raise it with you rather than quietly dropping an item. That conversation has happened, and it is always cheaper than the alternative.

Track record

A short history, honestly told.

We are a young firm and we do not pretend otherwise. What we can point to is a practice that has been deliberately hardened rather than grown at any cost.

  1. 2024

    Armonix is founded

Started with a narrow thesis: technology programmes fail on the human side, so build a firm where engineering and change sit in the same team.

  2. 2025

    Consortium formed

Partnered with Optimization Software Technologies and Applied Decision Technologies, adding operations research and decision science depth.

  3. 2025

    Delivery practice hardened

Standardised the pod model, the engineering baseline and the diagnostic method now used at the start of every engagement.

  4. 2026

    Multi-region operations

Delivery from Delhi NCR covering UK, EU, GCC and US working hours, with managed services running under SLA around the clock.

Why Armonix

Six reasons clients pick us over a bigger logo.

We are not the cheapest and we are not the largest. What we offer is accountability that does not get diluted through four layers of delivery management.

Outcomes on the contract

We price against defined outcomes - cycle time, uptime, run cost, adoption - not just billable hours. If the number does not move, the commercial model shares that risk with you.

Senior people on the work

The architect who scoped your programme stays on it. No bait-and-switch between the pitch team and the delivery team, and no pyramid of unsupervised juniors.

Deep-tech consortium

Optimization Software Technologies and Applied Decision Technologies give us operations research and decision science depth that a generalist integrator has to subcontract.

Technology and people together

Every programme carries a change workstream by default. It is the single biggest predictor of whether the platform is still in use twelve months later.

Engineering you can inspect

Infrastructure as code, tests in the pipeline, documented decision records. You can audit our work at any point, and you own all of it.

Coverage that follows the sun

Delivery from Delhi NCR with overlap into UK, EU, GCC and US hours. Your team gets working hours, not overnight handoff notes.

Want the diagnostic before the commitment?

A two-week assessment gives you the findings pack and costed target state to keep - whether or not you continue with us.

Strategic consortium

Two deep-tech partners, in the delivery team - not on a slide.

Optimisation and decision science are specialist disciplines. Rather than claim them, we built the consortium so the people who do this work full-time are inside the engagement when your problem needs them.

Optimization Software Technologies

Optimization Software Technologies

Osoftec

Operations research and optimisation engineering - scheduling, routing, resource allocation and load balancing at production scale.

  • Optimisation modelling
  • Solver engineering
  • Capacity planning
Applied Decision Technologies

Applied Decision Technologies

ADecTec

Decision science for leadership teams - simulation, scenario modelling and algorithmic support for choices that carry real financial weight.

  • Decision modelling
  • Scenario simulation
  • Executive analytics
Global footprint

One delivery centre, four time zones covered.

We are honest about our size. Armonix runs a single delivery centre in Delhi NCR, deliberately staffed on shifts that overlap your working day rather than handing you a queue of overnight notes. Managed services run continuously; project pods work to your calendar.

Tell us what is not working. We will tell you what it takes.

A stalled migration, a platform that will not scale, an audit finding you cannot close, or a team stretched past its limit. Start with the problem - the engagement model can follow.

What happens next

  1. 01

A reply within one working day

From a consultant, not an auto-responder or a sales sequence.

  2. 02

    A 30-minute scoping call

We establish whether we are the right fit. Sometimes the answer is no, and we say so.

  3. 03

    A written proposal

Scope, sequence, team, commercials and assumptions - in plain language.

No NDA needed for a first conversation. If you would rather send a brief first, email is fine.
